The information available on KalPoint.com database shall be nonproprietary and freely accessible to parties visiting or having access to KalPoint.com. Kalia Group makes no representation or warranty as to the authenticity or the correctness of the list of the winning numbers received through the press from the Government.

Kalia Group assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the misuse of the information available in KalPoint.com database or for release of any computer virus into the database or for transmission of threatening, harassing, immoral, indecent, religious, libelous, menacing of offensive material or messages via Internet by unscrupulous persons.

Kalia Group shall not be responsible for any error in winning numbers published by the Government . The group is not responsible for any computer errors or typing errors. Kalia Group further does not provide any service for collection of prizes from the Government / State Bank and neither assures or guarantees timely payments of the prizes to the holders of winning prize bonds.

Kalia Group does not make any representation, warranty or assurance as to the title of the holders of any prize bonds, the numbers of which are fed on KalPoint.com database. The feeding of prize bond numbers and response against them shall not mean that the person visiting the site and feeding the prize bonds numbers, is the real or beneficial holder of such prize bonds.

Kalia Group shall not be involved in any disputes between holders of prize bonds or persons claiming the prizes or in any disputes between the holders of prize bonds and State Bank of Pakistan and/or the Government of Pakistan in connection with the payments of the winning prizes and shall be deemed to the indemnified by persons feeding the prize numbers and/ or visiting the site against all actions, proceedings, costs and expenses in connection therewith.
